Shipping
Products will be shipped within one to two business days. Shipments are sent out during normal business days (Monday-Friday). The below freight policies are based on online orders only. We have a minimum order policy of $25.00. Any orders less than $25.00 will incur a $5.00 handling charge. Prepaid freight on any order over $100.00 excluding paint. Prepaid freight on any order containing paint is over $150.00. All orders will be shipped via UPS Surepost.
*No shipping services outside of the United States due to U.S. Fish and Wildlife restrictions.

Andrew Mack & Son Returns & Guarantees
Andrew Mack offers a 30-day money back guarantee on every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the unused product within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a defective product it will be replace with a new one. We ask that the defective product is pictured and sent to orders@mackbrush.com.
